GraceMusic will host the New Alchemy Quartet, presenting a joyful spring brass concert called Spacial Serenades: Brass Music for Resonant Spaces.
The players (Sasha Romero, Carlos Jimenez, Nikki Abissi, Jen Hinkle) perform regularly at the Metropolitan Opera, NY Philharmonic, NY City Ballet and in the pit for Broadway musicals. The group will offer works by Gabrieli, Poulenc, Hindemith, Hornoff, Crespo, Beethoven, Haydn & Debussy — some in new arrangements — for your listening pleasure.
The concert begins at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 28.
