A Viennese Rivalry March 25, 2012
Mozart vs. Salieri. The powdered wigs are coming off as the Grace Church Choir and Orchestra present extravagant musical delights by both, including Salieri’s seldom heard Hofkappelmeister Mass in D, Mozart’s Solemn Vespers (K.339), and an Epistle Sonata for organ and orchestra by Mozart, featuring organist David Mcfarlane. Robert Barrows will conduct.
